Spillway Ops usage report for GitHub Copilot

The report shows this month's burn of your organization's Copilot AI-credit pool, and what it is projected to forfeit or bill at the reset. It shows which seats sit idle and what they cost, who draws the credits, and a redacted brief for whoever owns the bill.

Read-only: the app asks for three organization read permissions — GitHub Copilot Business, Organization Copilot metrics and Administration — with no repository access, no prompt contents, no code, and no report data stored. Your GitHub role is the ceiling: the report shows only what GitHub itself would show you.
